In supplementing education, M-Tutor is an Agile Application to create just-in-time dynamic mobile tools that facilitate educational ecosystem. "M-Tutor-" developed by a strong team, with a collective experience of 750 professionals.
M-Tutor was established to blend "e-learning" and "m-learning" programs in technical education. An effort to deliver collaborative, seamless and responsive on-demand learning, M-Tutor was found by a group of like-minded technocrats who wanted to use their professional skills to create a positive change in the learning community and empower human capital to labor market needs .The Company has already met its success in very first Offer on-Mobile Learning for Engineers. It has garnered instant acceptance by leading Universities in the country. Now M-Tutor is poised to make a difference in student community by expanding into other areas of technology-enabled education.

V. Sundaramoorthy - Founder Director-Strategy & Business Development
Sundar an engineer having a big zeal for technology and innovation; he is also a successive entrepreneur with multi-functional management expertise. As a director at M-Tutor, he provides the vision, leadership and strategy, necessary to make the "M-Tutor" a dominant e- player in the technical education industry.
He also plays a key role in defining M-Tutor to the future education with its development, and implementation. He works in hand with top academicians and stake holders, and he is actively involved in branding and delivering of e-learning initiatives. Sundar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
T. Padmakumar - Co-Founder & Director- Technology & Innovation
A passionate technocrat with a wealth of experience in conceptualizing, implementing, delivering and leading several business initiatives with high-profile organizations. He plays a vital role in fostering learning innovations at M-Tutor; he works closely with curriculum expertise to develop programs that cater to the full range of student abilities. An accomplished technocrat and engineer actively engaged in identifying trends, evolving pedagogies, and applying his leadership and innovation concepts to endeavours students skills. An expert, in Networking, Securities, System Architecture, Database and Enterprise Solutions Padmakumar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.


Singh Ratnam
Singh Ratnam is a chartered accounted by education with the base rooted on to different businesses domains, his family has diversified business experience which he shared and incorporated into his real life, but he as an exception started his career as a corporate in various reputed industries at U.A.E. and explored his role as a finance head and chief of finance .His experience in finance and his knowledge in business emerged together as an entrepreneur.
Singh enhanced his experience into U.A.E market and made the Chennai Jewellers a brand for itself and flourished his market share, he not only invested his business knowledge into jewellery but also into different fields and domains. Now he wishes to extend his experience and tie hands with our organisation and many more companies. Singh is a Charted Accountant with ICWA, M.COM, M.B.A. and F.C.C.A (U.K).
Priya Rachel Singh
Managing Director and partner Chennai Jewellers L.L.C. is a talented and dynamic entrepreneur who possesses very sound business acumen, from a very young age. She has a strong business background in jewellery designing from her Gold Smith family who have been into jewellery designing and making for the decades. She outspread her family business to a next level as an organisation in U.A.E, being a young entrepreneur she has the privilege of owning one of the best brands with eight branches across U.A.E. and more to grow.
Priya has achieved several awards and recognition from U.A.E for her entrepreneurship, and now she is willing to extend her wings towards technology and development by collaborating with multiple companies across the globe. Priya Singh holds a PGDCA and a Bachelor’s degree in Science.

Senthil Kumar Balakrishnan
Vice President
Senthil brings in his years of rich entrepreneurial experience to M-Tutor. Focusing on Business development, Sales and Marketing, He plays a vital role to connect and leverage interactions and relationships between the organization, and academic leadership communities, intern to facilitate development, delivery and penetration of M-Tutor products across learning eco-systems.
His role at M-Tutor pertains to Product Evolution, Implementation, User Acquisition Strategy, End User Engagement and Retention Strategy; it also goes on with Branding, Marketing, and HR Operations. Senthil also handles account nurturing, besides developing and leading high-performance teams to execute m-learning initiatives. Senthil holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Bharath Sundaram
Vice President - Alliances
Bharath brings in his 21+ years of strategic experience across various verticals of IT & ITES industry to M-Tutor. As a VP – Alliance, he has already identified and shaped the Strategic Alliance Program which will be an on-going strategic asset to the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Bharath is responsible for the technological partnerships undertaken by M-Tutor; he has already managed to bring in top universities of India to this initiative. Bharath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Shenbaga Raj.R
Vice President - Academics & Planning
An Academician for 15 years and an expert in e/m-Learning, Instructional Design, Mobile Computing and Big Data, he provides leadership skills in setting up the M-Tutor ecosystem and defines the academic vision, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. He provides resources support and outstanding education for M-Tutor subscribers; he also leads and defines the research initiative that works on cutting-edge deliverables, with academic leadership skills across geographies.
Shenbaga Raj ensures complete adherence to the specified curriculum and university goals, He is responsible for recruiting and retaining talent at M-Tutor, for academic innovation and excellence at every step. Shenbaga Raj holds a Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering; He is currently pursuing his Doctorate at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. He is an active Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Dr. Manish Singh
Dr. Manish Singh, Ph.D. Computer Science and Engineering, IIT, Hyderabad; got his PHD from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He worked as a research assistant and graduate researcher in IIT Delhi, and his research interest and publications are more than 7.
He started teaching from 2009, for IIT’s and other Universities; he was a Graduate Student Instructor, at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
He mentors students for MS Thesis, and his honours are "All India Rank holder of 347 out of 175,000 students in Joint Entrance Examination IIT, Received merit certificate for being in the top 0.1% of all the candidates in Mathematics in class 10 boards all over the country, University of Michigan, EECS Department Graduate Fellowship and Winner of the "Student Travel Award" at SIGMOD 2012.

Dr. Ashis K. Patra
Dr. Ashis K. Patra, Ph.D. Chemistry IISc, Bangalore is an Assistant Professor at IIT Kanpur. His primary research interest includes: Nanomedicine, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Bioorganic Chemistry, Bioconjugate Chemistry, Bioinorganic Chemistry and Biomimetic Chemistry of Metalloenzymes.
After his Ph.D., he worked as postdoctoral research assistant (2008-2010) at "The University of Georgia", Athens, GA, USA on metalloenzymes and Metal-nitrosyl chemistry, Later he joined Department of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA as postdoctoral research fellow and He was working on nanomedicine in targeted chemotherapeutic drug delivery and application of nanotechnology in anticancer drug discovery and diagnostics.

Dr. Kamal Kar
Dr. Kamal Kar, Ph.D. Mechanical, IIT Kanpur is a professor at IIT Kanpur, he was also a guest professor at Pandit Dwarka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing Jabalpur, (IIIT, Jabalpur), 2009.
He played a vital role as instructor, lab instructor and tutor in various ME, MS, ESO mechanical subjects. His publications are "Journal Papers: 132, Books: 05, Book Chapters: 33, Conference Papers: 97 and Patents: 46", under his leadership various sponsored projects have been completed and he has supervised M.Tech and PHD students for thesis.

Dr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh
Dr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, Ph.D. Applied Mathematics, TIFR – IISc programme in Application of Mathematics, he started teaching career from 1979, as a postgraduate teacher to research scholar and professor in Dept. of Mathematics, at IISc and was a visiting professor for various universities and colleges at USA, Hong Kong, Mexico and France. His publication are, "A. Arapostathis, Ergodic Control of Diffusion Processes,and journals are more than 66 books and lecture note on "H. Kunita, Stochastic Flows and Applications, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.
His sponsored projects valued approx. INR 62, 58,000 and he is an important member of Nonlinear Studies Group, An Interdisciplinary Research Group supported by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) and DRDO, 1999. Dr M.K.Ghosh was a convener and an active member in various organisational activities and conferences. He was also an associate editor and guest editor for journals of Indian Institute of Science, American Control Conference, "Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems", an International Journal and "Stochastic Analysis and Applications", an International Journal Published by Taylor and Francis, June 2013 - present. He is a referee for various journals including SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, Applied Mathematics and Optimization, IEEE Transaction on Automatic Control, Systems and Control Letters, Stochastic and Stochastic Reports, Stochastic Processes and Applications, Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, International Journal of Theoretical and Applied Finance etc.

Dr. S. Srinivasan
Dr. S. Srinivasan, Ph. D. EEE IIT Madras, who started his teaching career at IIT Madras from 1970, and to other universities like San Jose State University (Sabbatical), California State University and University of California, Davis. He is an expert in teaching "Digital Circuits and Systems, Computer Architecture, VLSI Design" and His research projects are "Architectures and Applications of Digital Signal Processors, Image Processing and Video Compression, FPGA Based Implementation" he also guided M.S and PHD students for thesis. His publications are more than 100.
He was rewarded "Siemens Prize for Academic Proficiency, 1970", DAAD Fellowship, 1977 -78, Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship 1983, Best Design Entry, VLSI Design Conference Kolkata. He has co-ordinated number of sponsored research projects which valued approximately INR 30 million. His famous books are "Avtar Singh and S.Srinivasan, "Digital Signal Processing Implementations Using DSP Microprocessors", S.Srinivasan, Raja Paul Perinbam and R.Vijayarajeswaran, "FPGA-based Digital Systems: Design and Implementations".

Dr. S Srinivasan
Dr. Srinivasan, Ph. D. Physics IIT Madras, German language Diploma (Grundstufe and Mittelstufe), Goethe Institute, Max Muller Bhavan, Chennai, with thirty seven years of experience in teaching at various levels at IIT Madras, he guided researches in areas of crystal structure analysis "Crystallography", phase transformations in solid state, materials science particularly of solar energy materials. He was "Head of the X-ray diffraction" laboratory of the department of Physics for 13 years from 1984 to 1997.
He was an examiner for joint entrance examination in Physics and head examiner and paper setter for GATE, Central University –Banaras for the medical courses. He is an expert member in Physics for the Review and Grants aid Committee of University Grants Commission, for the "9th Five Year Plan" at the University of Bombay and the University of South Gujarat and he was an active member for vocational education programme to the Union Ministry of Labour.

Dr. Shreesh Chaudhary
Dr. Shreesh Chaudhary, Ph.D. English CIEFL Hyderabad is a professor at IIT Madras, started teaching from 1973; he helped British Council as an English language examiner and was a team leader for International English Language Testing System (IELTS). He was the Principal Investigator for "Ford Foundation" study on "Use of English". He conducted a training programme in English for Civil Aviation team over 400 air traffic controllers and managers in India. Dr. Shreesh received a journalism award from Times of India, and his articles are "The Prabhat Khabar, Ranchi, The Hindu, Chennai; The Times of India, New Delhi; The Times Higher Education Supplement, London; World English Teaching Forum, Language Sciences, Indian Linguistics, ELT@I Journal, etc., and UNESCO" on multilingualism in India.
Dr. Shreesh has researched on learning use and structure of English in India. His book on "Accents of English in India" to be released and , his other books are "Some Aspects of the Phonology of Indian English, Better Spoken English, Foreigners and Foreign Languages in India, A Sociolinguistic History, English for the World, and Problematizing Language Studies, etc. He is a fellow at the CIEFL Hyderabad, a Hornby Scholar at the Institute for English Language, Lancaster, and a Charles Wallace Trust Scholar at the British Library, London; and a fellow at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla.

Dr. G. Krisnamoorthy
Dr. Krishnamoorthy, Ph.D. Civil and Environmental Engineering from San Diego State University, is a graduate from Chennai who pursued his M.S and Ph.D. degree at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, He began his career at IIT Chicago in 1961 and in San Diego State University (SDSU), San Diego. He researched on shock wave problems in soils and investigated the use of interactive language "Dialog" in the computers, his focus of teaching area where Dynamic Response of Structures, AutoCAD & Geographical information systems (GIS). He worked in hand with Professor Wilson, the developer of SAP program and also helped Professor Bathe in UC Berkeley to develop the non-linear SAP program. His research work in seismic response of structures resulted in building a state of the art National Earthquake Engineering Research Centre under the sponsorship of National Science Foundation in UC San Diego.
He was the key reason for signing MOU between San Diego State University and Anna University and Periyar Maniammai University-India; he worked closely with Dr. Abdul Kalam, as a distinguished Professor. He spent a year in sabbatical in CALMA, a division of General Electric to develop very sophisticated computer software. His contribution was recognized by the President of CALMA by awarding a grant of one million dollars to setup a state of the art CAD laboratory in San Diego State University. He has served twice as National Conference Chair for Computer Applications in Civil Engineering; He was a member in Earthquake Engineering Research Institute of USA. He was instrumental in setting up Solid Waste Management (SWM) Institute in India. He is keen on establishing a sustainability centre in major University in Tamil Nadu on Environmental degradation and save our Blue Planet.

Dr. Suresh Chandra Rastogi
Dr. Suresh Chandra Rastogi, Ph.D. Differential Geometry, University of Lucknow, India. He has more than 40 years of academic, research and administrative experience. He spent 15 years in Nigeria, where he became the youngest Professor of Mathematics at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1979. He has published nearly 125 research publications in International Journals across 15 countries.
He has been a member of several academic associations like Tensor Society Japan & India (Editor - in - Chief), American Mathematical Society, Bharat Ganita Parishad etc. His experience in Administration includes Headship, Associate Deanship, Executive Registrar, Principal and Director of Engineering Institutes. He has extensive experience in engineering colleges in India which include IET, S.I.T.M., SRMCEM, SVNIERT & BIT etc. He has been listed in Marquis and Commonwealth "Who’s Who". He has worked as a Visiting Scientist in ICTP, Trieste, Italy. He has travelled to countries like Belgium, Britain, Egypt, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Kenya, Singapore and Switzerland.
Team
The M-Tutor Team comprises of 400 academicians, 200 + instructional designers, developers, graphic and animation artists, and technology architects and a support team of 150 who collectively work to create and deliver effective learning experiences.
CSR
Giving back to the society, M-Tutor works to empower human capital and enhance their economic value. As an App it works towards sustainability, saving trees from being chopped to become textbooks and notebooks. Effectively reducing a learner's carbon footprint, it is an environment-friendly way to learn on the go.
